Cancellation & Refund Policy – Resort Blue Moon, Dooars
At Resort Blue Moon, we value your time and understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
Cancellation Policy
✅ Free Cancellation – Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the check-in date will be eligible for a 100% refund.
✅ Partial Refund – Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days prior to the check-in date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the booking amount.
❌ No Refund – Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or in case of a no-show will not be eligible for any refund.
Amendments / Date Changes
Guests can request rescheduling of their stay at least 5 days prior to the check-in date, subject to availability.
Any difference in tariff for the rescheduled dates must be borne by the guest.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.
📌 Note: In case of natural calamities, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances, the resort reserves the right to modify or waive the cancellation charges at its discretion.
